Our Training Levels and Sacred Practices

Welcome to our transformative journey through the realms of Reiki training levels and sacred practices. Each level of our training program is designed to unlock your innate potential, deepen your connection to universal life energy, and awaken the healer within. We take a three-step approach but with variations or additional levels existing in some lineages.

Level 1 (Shoden): This is the foundational level, where we introduce you to the history, philosophy, and basic principles of Reiki. You’ll learn hand placements and practice self-treatment and treating others.
Level 2 (Okuden): This intermediate level focuses on refining energy manipulation techniques. You’ll learn symbols that can enhance energy flow and practice distant Reiki, sending healing energy across space.
Level 3 (Shinpiden): The advanced level delves deeper into the spiritual aspects of Reiki. You’ll learn mastery symbols and practices for self-realization and attunement to higher levels of energy.
Master Level (Reiki Master): In some lineages, we may offer a Master level. This level qualifies you to teach Reiki to others.

Nutrimetic Treatments

While Reiki itself is not inherently ritualistic, we, at times, incorporate practices to create a sacred space and enhance the healing experience. These practices include creating a comfortable space and setting intentions while focusing on areas for healing, Gassho and Byosen. The tail end is offering a prayer or statement of gratitude.
